For our final task we were asked to sketch atleast two ideas for the fron page.

each of my ideas had to include a mid shot of one person as my main image.

-Above is my first design which is a school magazine for jfk school.

-Below is my second design which is a school magazine for the Hemel Hempstead School. This is a magazine for the year 2009.

For our third task we had to photograph 2 of our content page designs and annotate them explaining our choices and decisions for both designs.

Media Homework - School magazine annotations

Our homework was to annotate three examples of publications for teenagers. I chose to annotate school magazines and school prospectus'.

Firstly i annotated a school magazine from St Mary's school which is the schools 2008 magazine.

Secondly i annotated a publication of the 16+ prospectus which is a magazine for full-time further eduction courses for a variety of schools, a 2009-10 16+ prospectus for watford kings langely and hemel hempstead

Thirdly i annotated the Rainey Endowed School which is their school magazine of 2008

Our task was to create a mind map of what we think should be on and in a school magazine.

As Media Coursework

Today we started planning our Preliminary task for our AS Coursework. We will be creating a front page for a school magazine and a contents page. Here is my initial planning for what i am going to do to make my school magazine. I created a spider diagram which included what research i was going to do and what planning i will need to do.
